We come out, walk the property, and look over the irrigation, the lawn, and any trouble spots. You get a straight answer on what is wrong and what it will take, with a free estimate before any work starts.
Leaks get repaired, new zones trenched in, drainage and grading corrected, patios and walls built, or sod and beds laid. We keep you posted the whole way, so nothing comes as a surprise.
Irrigation gets run zone by zone and adjusted for coverage, the finished work gets checked over, and the yard is cleaned up. We walk the job with you before we leave.

It is usually a bad valve, a wiring problem, or a broken line or head. We test the zone, find the actual cause, and repair it instead of guessing.
Soggy spots that never dry, a zone with weak pressure, water bubbling at the base of a head, or a water bill that suddenly jumps are the usual signs. Give us a call and we'll track it down.
Most repairs are handled in a single visit. Bigger jobs like a full system, drainage, hardscaping, or sod take longer, and we'll give you a clear timeline up front.
Yes. We lay out new systems and add zones to existing ones, with heads placed for full coverage of your lawn and beds so nothing gets missed and nothing gets drowned.
Yes. Along with irrigation we handle drainage and grading, hardscaping like patios, walkways, and retaining walls, sod, landscape beds and mulch, and fertilizer and pesticide applications, so the whole yard can be handled in one go.
Yes. Brown patches and thinning turf can come from pests, disease, or a watering problem. We diagnose the cause first, then treat it with the right fertilizer or pesticide application instead of guessing.
Yes. We are based in Bluffton and handle irrigation and sprinkler repair, drainage, hardscaping, sod and lawn treatments across the Lowcountry, including Hilton Head Island, Hardeeville, Ridgeland, Port Royal and Beaufort, and out to Pooler and Savannah. Estimates are always free.
